Where can I access my Deep Silver Account items?

Deep Silver Account rewards can be found in your shared stash after completing the mission "Laboratores". These shared stashes can be found when purchasing lodging that includes a shared stash in selected taverns, or by following the main quest line, where they can be found in your shared stash, which is in the room the local miller and blacksmith let you use after you complete the first part of their quests.

Reward Processing Time

Once your game is correctly linked and Telemetry is enabled, please allow up to 48 hours for your rewards to be processed and appear in your account.

What can I get for signing up to Deep Silver Account for Kingdom Come: Deliverance II?

As a welcome reward for joining the program, all players will receive the Lord of Skalitz caparison.

I missed a Twitch Drop. Is there any other way of getting the items?

Yes! When Kingdom Come: Deliverance II launched, we introduced a set of unique rewards through Twitch Drops. Based on your feedback, we’ve made it easier to unlock these in-game armor sets. Link your game with a Deep Silver Account to start unlocking unique in-game items through specific actions—win at dice, pick locks, loot enemies, and more.

To link your game, open it and go to the DLCs & Extras menu, then select the Deep Silver Account option to find your QR code (or choose Visit URL). This will take you to Deep Silver Account, where you’ll need to log in or create a new account and follow the on-screen instructions. More Information here: Linking and Unlinking

Once set up, complete the required actions in-game, and all Deep Silver Account rewards will appear in your shared stash after completing the mission "Laboratores".

Please allow up to 24 hours for your stats to update. Your new quest rewards will then be available in your shared stash.

How can I claim a Twitch reward?

After watching streams for the time defined to obtain the reward, you should claim it in your Twitch inventory (Twitch/Drops/Inventory).
Remember to have the Deep Silver Account connected to your Twitch account first.
The claiming will be done automatically, and you will get a new message when you re-launch the game.

How can I connect my Twitch account in Deep Silver Account?
